Just called to find out what time they closing today and the line was choppy so I could barely hear the lady. She just started shouting through the phone and when I told her I couldn’t hear her she doesn’t need to shout she just kept shouting. Very bad manners and poor customer service skill, Filipino lady too which is surprising because she’s always so nice when I show up. Don’t shout in people’s ears over the phone okay, phone networks do go in and out and loss of sound is possible, it doesn’t mean you should shout or scream in my ears.
