Overall, I had a very good experience with this service. The only reason I am not giving five stars is due to the lack of clear communication when I first arrived, which caused some confusion at the beginning. I would use this service again and highly recommend it. Mr. Farrukh is very patient, professional, kind, and polite. Our flight was extremely delayed, but I saw once we landed that he still monitored it the whole time and was understanding of immigration delays too. He was helpful with my bags, and the ride was smooth and safe from airport to destination. I also really appreciate the quiet ride because it was already 12 midnight by the time we left the airport. The vehichle was also clean and comfortable.
