Incompetent. I booked a pickup order #383 and they never showed up. When I called they said I entered incorrect date but I had email proof so then they checked and saw I was correct. They didn't offer any assistance other than" we'll refund your money".... lol. They also said " mistake happen", sorry but if I'm running an airport Limo service having precise time and date would be imperative fundamental principle.

Fantastic customer service, my lovely driver Radi was waiting for me curbside as I came out with my bags which he promptly loaded and opened my door for me. The conversation was light and the company lovely, would 100% recommend this driving service. So easy and stress free!
Worst limo ride I've ever taken. Extremely unhappy with poor quality of experience, disrespect, and lack of safety. Driver argued when I asked him to put up his face mask, saying he was vaccinated. I said that was not sufficient with covid-19 especially with omicron variant. He mumbled something about my beliefs and then he raised his mask to cover only his mouth. I told him he also needed to cover his nose and he again resisted, complaining. I said I should not even have to ask him to comply, especially because there was no plastic barrier between the front and back of the car like many limos have and because we were in a confined space. He also drove distracted using his handset to take and receive several calls during our ride; one poor customer had called 4 times for someone to finally pick him up from the airport where he'd been waiting. When we arrived at the airport he asked me to pay considerably more than the fee quoted by the dispatcher when I booked the ride, saying I had to pay more if I wanted to use Visa to pay. Worst limo ride ever, stressful and disrespectful and not health or safety compliant.

It was very comfortable ride, also Mani was very professional yet very humble. He even gave one of the needy person food to eat while we took a short stop for coffee on the way. Its rare to see such an act of humanity let alone a decent customer service these day ! I would Highly recommend it to my friends!!!
