One of their drivers parked blocking mine and my neighbours driveway so I had to call parking enforcement to tell them to move. When the driver arrived he yelled at me for calling enforcement, and said since he already had the ticket he wasn’t going to move. So unprofessional, and I certainly wouldn’t want to use a company that has Drivers’s like that.
Pro: They were flexible in me moving my wedding date as a result of covid. But the compliments end there. Con: The party bus showed up late, smelled like gasoline on the inside - to the point where those on the bus actually smelled like gasoline in their clothes when they got off. It had no working aux cable, had no air-conditioning on a humid 35 degree day and had a broken window which was flapping dangerously on the highway. And that was just the bus.... The bus driver did not call to warn us of being late or of the bus' condition, he tried to claim that the air-conditioning did work (when it definitely did not) and he was smoking a vape multiple times, which was especially dangerous for the 2 pregnant bridesmaids. A bus that fit 45 people ended up driving around 6 people, and a large portion of our morning was spent coordinating drives for people to and from the church and venue. Save yourself the hassle and just book an uber instead of this company.
We were overall happy with the experience. The vehicle itself was dated and nothing fancy, but it was clean and well kept. The service was punctual and professionally managed. We were told there would be bottles of cool water for us during the ride (in the limo's bar), but it was missed. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice since it was a very hot day and the vehicle was warm (despite the AC running), so by mid-ride everyone was really thirsty and warm.
No complaints- the front end office staff and owner were very easy to work with and addressed all our changes. The bus driver was personable and the limo bus was in good condition. We will definitely use the service again when planning our next event.
We ordered the large coach bus for our wedding in August 2017 as well as a late night stretch limo pick-up. Both drivers were on time, courteous and frequently checked in to see if we were okay during our rides. Both vehicles were super clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!
