Amazing experience almost all types of books that u might be looking for .....got 1 book for IELTS preparation..self-checkout service available ... not too crowded place which makes it easy to learn
At front too much noise. Not easy to read. Back side is bit better. But sometimes too much loud noise can hear. Children create lot of noise and no one is asking anything to them so then they can keep their voice slow. As well in the quiet area, people talking sometimes louder on their phone without cares about others.
overall, the environment of this library is really good, but the staff is so disrespectful. Once I had an assignment and I had to Print something out. I looked at the hours and they said that they library closed at 5. I reached the library at 4:30, and they were like "we are closed" and after when I told them that "your website says 5:00" the lady was like "FINE YOU HAVE 10 MINS." It felt so weird.
Excellent and prompt services. Librarians are very helpful and ready to assist. Special mention must be made to compliment SHARON. She is such a sweet and courteous individual. Had the best experience with her...very approachable and polite lady. Thank you Sharon for your professionalism and for serving the Malton community. Since I've known this library you have always been here . Such dedication must be appreciated. Continue the Excellent job you do .
The staff is welcoming. You don't need a library card to come in. A library card is free for Mississauga residents. Please show an identity card with your address or your passport with proof of where you reside. Children can also get a library card and may participate in the TD Summer Reading Program. Staff will assist you with printers, scanner or photocopier. They can also show you how to find available online resources for courses, such as language courses. They can show you how to put resources on hold across Mississauga libraries or how to find them in the branch. There are free activities and a maker space.
This place has it all,The computers,The reading centre,The varity of books,A website to keep track of books on hold and more,Nice staff and its a welcoming area.Once I take swimming classes I go get myself a book which is very nice.Although the libary can be busy on weekends, and a little noisy its still great. There has to be some noise with lots of people. So that is what I think about this libary.
I had some very bad experience at this library ( especially today, August 18, 2018 ) and here is why.A librarian was arguing with us saying " You didn't return this book so you have to pay money " and etc yet we did return the book and the book was on the shelf in the library but the lady that was talking to us said to go check at home and that we lost the book. A few hours later we asked another nicer lady to go check the stacks and she found the book in the library's shelf. The lady that was arguing with us earlier was extremely rude and she didn't seem to care about what we had to say. She kept talking back to us and she kept making up random excuses for everything we said. So I humbly request that the supervisor doesn't let this happen again because as far as I know this has happened to many other people.
On Google it said it would close at 6 pm but it was closed all day Sunday
Too much noise not a great place to study. It's more like a social gathering.
Great place.Have a 3D modelling machine too.Great staff. Library conducts so many workshops....Yoga , meditation, story telling.Librarian is avery positive lady.
