I booked a full body massage at this centre, but unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. The therapist did not ask about my preferred type of massage and, upon hearing that I had pain in my upper back, focused almost exclusively on that area instead of providing the full body treatment I had booked. In addition, the therapist engaged in excessive conversation during the session, which reduced the level of relaxation. I also chose to bring my own sheets, but the therapist questioned this decision and suggested I should not do so in the future, which I found inappropriate. I believe greater attention to client preferences and professionalism would significantly improve the service.
Bethany is fantastic. The reservation system/process/confirmation is not great. I book online. Get a confirmation for a time I didn’t book. I have to call to cancel. When I finally have an appointment time I can manage, I am asked multiple times to confirm. It’s frustrating. And if it wasn’t for the actual service providers, this would be a one star.
Today I was extremely impressed with the mini facial I received. The technician was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my visit. High quality products made my skim feel smooth and radiant. Thank you so much for allowing me to experience this service. Highly recommend....
