Worst customer service and worst clinical skill set. no respect for customers time and forget time,They don’t even know what they’re doing. they clearly left all the hair on my face. When I went for laser hair removal. It was done in less than five minutes. It was a very rushed service. when I brought it up gilda was very dismissive and rude and told me that she has been doing this for many years. Doing for many years doesn’t guarantee that you are still skilled. When I went to a different clinic to check it out, had not been even done. Because when they were plucking my facial hair, I could still feel the pain at the other laser clinic who told me it was not at all, so please save your money. They are just scam artists.
Save yourself the time they are the worst in the industry. They were good when they started. I took my daughter there for laser. They clearly left a lot of hair. They didn’t even shave her face properly so when I contacted the owner, she clearly says yes it was a job badly done and she gave me appointment for today at 11 and she made sure in the message that she would be there personally. I come here she’s not there and I’m told by the rudest Gilda that she will call me in 30 minutes. When I said I won’t be coming here again she said thank you so much. There is no respect of your time and the service is really poor so save yourself and do not go there again.
I initially started going to Joti for laser few years back and the results have been amazing. I was a little hesitant at first however Joti addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable making it a great experience. I have recently done a couple clear lift treatments for acne and scars and have already noticed a difference. Joti is extremely knowledgeable and explains the entire process very clearly as well as making sure you know what to do for after care which I think is very important. I would definitely trust Joti as she makes sure to look at the skin thoroughly first before deciding on a treatment. If you want your face to look refreshed/healthy or are unhappy with acne, scars or wrinkles but don't know what to do, I would make this the place to go.
UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE & PRACTICE! I had purchased a 6 session laser package for Brazilian and under arms with this location. Most of my sessions were fine until my second last one. I felt a burn during my brazillian session, which I ultimately had to have assessed by a physician due to the pain, who confirmed that there was a burn/injury as a result of the laser. I had tried a numerous amount of times to get in contact with the staff. I was able to finally speak to Joti and she was extremely unprofessional. I showed her a picture (temporarily due to location of the burn) to show her what I experienced, and she laughed and invalidated me saying "this is nothing". I then explained to her that I felt uncomfortable to come into my last session and she offered to calculate the difference and provide me a refund for that session. I called again (after two days) to receive the refund. However, all of a sudden she had changed her mind about returning the refund randomly. Joti stated she refused to provide a refund and mentioned that she spoke with her "doctors and lawyers". Joti had already seen my photo and confirmed a refund but after that determination was made I had deleted the picture due to privacy concerns. Joti became insistent that I need to send pictures of the burn to her in order to "close my file". I told her that I felt uncomfortable sending pictures (due to location) and letting her save the pictures of my genital area. Joti then mentioned it was part of the "policy". I expressed that I would only feel comfortable to do so until I see a policy/paper work with this information (that Joti referred to). No proof of this policy/documentation was provided after repeated attempts of asking for it to be sent. Instead, I was ignored and no one would respond to my requests. I became extremely frustrated and mentally upset at this point as I had been seeking support as a customer (for about 2 weeks). I sent an email after the call for the policy paper, however no one responded. I'm super disappointed. Please save your time and money and visit other professional locations. There are many other services that provide great packages. Joti made this experience unsafe and frustrating for me. They do not care about their clients, they only care about the money. Please avoid at all costs and find yourself a professional place that will address your needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
