Craig collaborated with me on the design, gave me great advice and coordinated the installation on a tight timeline. We were planning to renovate our condo unit. We wanted more countertop and storage space, accessibility, and safety. We met James/Kitchen Crafters in a home show in spring 2024. He was very patient and professional with my list of questions! They use Buildertrend to communicate and store contracts, drawings, invoices, etc. in an organized & systematic way. Their contract was very detailed & clear. We visited their Mississauga showroom which was very beautiful! James helped us pick out most of the items for our project & he researched/sourced other ones from his suppliers before giving us options. He is always very responsive, resourceful, flexible, and easy to talk to. Kitchen Crafters and Coeurs Construction went above and beyond our expectations with our first project - kitchen and master bathroom! We loved the result so much that we asked them to build us a broom closet. This January 2025, we asked Kitchen Crafters to return for our second project -- guest bathroom and entranceway flooring. This ensures we have a consistent look throughout our home. We wanted to acknowledge and thank all Kitchen Crafters/Coeurs Construction staff and their subcontractor teams (including Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Tiling, and Paul). Everyone was very respectful, accommodating, and they cleaned up and hauled away at the end of the day. James and the Kitchen Crafters/Coeurs Construction: we will be thinking of you whenever we are in our gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you for transforming our home for our golden years! Working with Craig and the Kitchen Crafters team was a pleasure. We had a complete demo and reno done on our 45 year old kitchen...it was time! Craig, with his suggestions and advice, worked with me to bring my design ideas to life. Any issues, or problems were dealt with promptly. Kitchen Crafters team was professional, took care with their work, and had good attention to detail. The quality of cabinetry is high, and being able to customize sizes, colours, and finishes offered many options. They handled all aspects of the reno with all the different trades needed. Their partnership with Caplan's worked out very well for our new appliances. Ultimately, we are very happy with our new kitchen....it's beautiful, and it's been a very positive upgrade to our home.
