Jason and Darlene did a marvellous job renovating our main floor, primarily the kitchen. They helped us with the remodelling of it, offering excellent suggestions and were patient with us as we made minor changes to the design in order to customize it to our liking. They were helpful answering our questions as the job went through its various stages, including removing part of a wall, replacing flooring, installing cabinetry, changing location of the appliances requiring plumbing adjustments, building a new island, and numerous other items. We could not be happier with the results of our full kitchen and powder room renovation from Creative Kitchens. Working with Darlene and Jason was a fantastic experience, from the initial design stages right to the completed project. Darlene assisted us in choosing the perfect back splash tiles, floor tiles, countertop, and cabinet hardware. Any ideas we had that Darlene thought would not work, she explained to us why and it made perfect sense. Darlene and Jason designed the most functional and perfect kitchen for us. Jason managed the whole project from the old kitchen demolition right until the final detail was completed. The construction area was left clean at the end of each day. Jason is extremely particular, every smallest detail was completed with precision to an absolutely perfect finished result. Jason takes pride in his work with every detail like it is his own home he is renovating. Outside contractors that Jason has for backsplash, flooring tile, countertop installation, plastering and painting were all professionals that must meet Jason's high standards or he would not have worked with them. Our project was more then a kitchen renovation, it was very extensive including structural changes to walls, a step down to the kitchen and living room area. The final result to the whole project was flawless and beautiful. I was working from home through the whole renovation and it was an absolute pleasure to have Jason and every one of his crew in our home. The whole project was completed on time and on budget. Best experience ever with this company!! Jason and Darlene are outstanding professionals in every sense. They helped us redesign the layout, choose unique cabinetry, were on time as promised, were EXTREMELY neat and tidy during the process...and...they were able to do this within our budget! We had our kitchen and living room renovated in the fall of 2021. Jason and Darlene from Creative Kitchens did an outstanding job. We have since recommended them to friends of ours. The job was done in the time frame they promised and the only costs above the agreed upon budget were for additional things we asked for during the job. Jason was always willing to accommodate these requests. His work and that of his team is done to the highest standards. Jason is a perfectionist and if something wasn’t done to his liking, he would re-do the work. We were also pleasantly surprised with how tidy he left our house at the end of each work day. Darlene gave us excellent suggestions during the design process and was equally as accommodating with our requests. She always kept us up to date around scheduling and delivery dates of materials. Creative Kitchens had been recommended to us by friends who were equally as impressed with their new kitchen. We had absolutely no regrets in choosing this company. Our recent reno by Creative Kitchens was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the initial meetings with Darlene and Jason designing, planning, picking out cabinets, counter, hardware and their suggestions and guidance with the many choices was invaluable. Jasons attention to detail and workmanship was of exceptional quality. The work area was always left clean and we were always updated on when jobs would be done ie. floor/trim.
