Afternoon shift receptionist (front end staff) is horrible at dealing with clients. That degrades the overall experience. But the doctor is good.

Hands down, Dr. Michael Pham-Nguyen is the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing in my life. If I could give this negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. I came in as a walk-in for an ongoing cold. My coughs have been getting violent and painful, while bits of blood have been surfacing through my phlegm. Yes, the receptionist was cold, but that wasnt enough for me to pass judgement on the clinic. Yes, I waited over an hour and a half to see this joke of a doctor after being told 4 people were ahead of me although 6 passed by without a hitch. Again, I didnt allow this to shape my judgement as yet. Dr. Michael Pham-Nguyen barely examined me. It took all but 5 minutes he took to tell me that he didnt want to prescribe me anything as he deemed my sickness as a weak virus that wouldnt need any antibiotics. A bloody throat was not enough for him...To be honest, youre better off going to a spiritual advisor and having them pray for your sickness away than to go to Dr. Michael Pham-Nguyens office. Im embarrassed for Loblaws to be affiliated with a doctors office so inefficient. This changes my view of the supermarket giant. I wont be shopping at your stores or going to any of your doctors in the future. This surely left a bad taste in my mouth.
If there is a wait they should tell people on the get go. Not have them waiting then hit em with "theres another hour wait time" after a while.
