They saved my mom's life. I could never have imagined such great, attentive service in an Ontario hospital. Everyone was quick to react and very informative with our family.Very short wait times compared to other hospitals as well. Thank you for being so fantastic!
Worst hospital rude staff. my dad was admitted because he had a stroke nurses were always yelling at my dad in front of us so you can imagine what would they do when we leave. My dad also told us they hit him always and when I spoke to the nurses they of course denied.My dad was suppose to be transferred to rehab and on that day the nurse lied to him and told him your family dont want you and we are sending you to the nursing home so he got upset and tried to leave the hospital and then fell and broke his hip while he was surrounded by nurses and the doctor and yet they sent him to the rehab with a broken hip and the rehab sent him back because he was in a lot of pain and then when he got back to the hospital they did an X-ray and found that he has a broken hip.Right after the surgery they brought him back to his room and he called the nurse because he want water, the nurse came and was so angry and start yelling at him what do you want I have other patients.He was discharged with a lot medications that he doesnt need and kept him always tired and sleepy.Shortly after that he was admitted to the hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia and the doctor said its very serious and they might use life support A few days later he was discharged and died at home. I dont get it how would they let him go with a serious illnes like that but I guess everything was planned I blame my dads death on themI honestly think they want to get rid of him because he is costing the government a lot of money.Please dont take your loved ones there
Is this place a hospital or a resort ??The most caring staff; that treat everyone like their own family. Everything about the place from The dietitian and the good food.. to how spotless everything is....Nurses , doctors everyone that works at the Trillium truly care. I can't say it enough.Let's face it no one wants to go to any Hospital but if you have to..... this is the only one you should go to.
This hospital is amazing Ive had my 2 kids at this hospital and have been in emerge in some occasions and Caroline and everyone at the RAZ department were truly amazing. I love this hospital. Thank you for always making my visit feel so welcoming and feel so cared for. Keep it up!
Although the wait times for initial screening and diagnosis takes time (due to high volume of patients) the after admission care and attention is high quality. The nurses and doctors were ever so patient to answer all the concerns and questions, giving us the right information and expectation. I had a good experience with this hospital. 5 stars.
