I placed an order for custom gym equipment with this company in January 2025, paying a 50% deposit. Almost 10 months of waiting, repeated follow-ups by email, calls, messages, and even in-person visits, the custom gym equipment was never delivered. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly assured that the custom gym equipment was “ready” and “only pending powder coating,” with several promised delivery dates provided — none of which were fulfilled. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After months of delays and unkept promises, I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund which they denied to give me back. I am sharing my personal experience so that others can make a fully informed decision before placing an order. Potential buyers have to keep in mind that timeline & commitment is of NO importance to them.
We ordered a custom bench and we received it exactly how we wanted it and within a couple of weeks. Amazing customer service and experience. Will def.be ordering more items.
I recently purchased a set of mma gloves from their website and hadn't had any updates after a while. After reading some reviews online, I was quite nervous so I reached out through their live chat on their website and was promptly updated that the order had been refunded due to a lack of inventory. I would say the customer service was very good and they were able to reach back in a prompt manner.

Recently purchased some custom cables for my functional trainer this past Monday and received them on the Wednesday. I went back twice just to get them adjusted to the precise length they needed to be. They are perfect now. The connectors are better quality then what my old cables had. Would have given 5 stars but the price was a bit high for cables but the service was excellent.
Do yourself a favour and read the negative reviews. The owner is not reliable and incapable of fabricating equipment. Promises good timing then his strategy is to string you along and disguise delays as updates. I prepaid for custom bench. I didn’t press him, and would ask an update about once a month. He came up with some new excuse every time. 5 months later, he got offended for my impatience, and used it as an excuse to back out. I called him out on it, and he gave a string of “poor me” excuses.
These guys were more than happy to take my money, but like many other people here, I haven't received my item or any sort of communication regarding my order in the 10 weeks(!) since I ordered. I wanted to cut them some slack because they're a small business and this COVID stuff is complicating things, but we've reached the point where this is pretty unacceptable, regardless of the circumstances. Update: It is now July 25th, 2021 and I have still had no movement or communication on my order placed on April 1st, 2020. Update: It is now November 14th, 2025 and I haven't received so much as a confirmation e-mail. I'm starting to think I may not receive my order. I hope these guys at least paid tax on all the money they took from people.
