Visited on June 21, 2025 Saturday at 2:30 pm. You need to ring the doorbell to enter. Very few items remaining. Most stuff is out of stock. Some staff members are friendly.
Had an issue with a bench I purchased and mighty gyms took care of it right away. The transaction couldn't have been easier. Thank you for your help today. Highly recommended.
I would give 0 stars if I was able. Buyer beware do not order from this company. The initial issue was this company lost my package. I understand this can happen, and if they had apologized and tried to solve the problem I would have no problem. However, when I tried to explain the issue they talk over you and won’t let you speak. Second, they come up with every excuse in the book as to why this has happened, not trying to solve the problem but instead dancing around my request which is for a refund. 3rd, the refuse a refund request. One of the staff members said “the only way to refund you is for you to refuse the order at the door.” Great - except you LOST MY PACKAGE. When I said that if I did not receive a refund I would take action they called me a bully. Because I continued to advocate for myself and for them to provide me with either a solution or a refund. Without a doubt the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. Do not purchase from this company.
Ordered a starter pack of weights/plates from them a year ago, they've held up real well. Wanted to get additional plates recently and accidentally got shipped the wrong ones. They sent someone out to swap them on the same day that I asked for replacements. Super friendly people too! Definitely would recommend.
Taimour has provided AMAZING customer service everytime I needed it, (even post-purchase) I'd ask him questions on Mightys instagram page and he'd reply VERY quickly. He even helped my friend with his rack. Highly recommend, would purchase from Mighty again!
Had a great experience with the staff at Mighty Fitness and Shahid! I was online looking for a new home gym and called on Sunday afternoon to order. They went above and beyond to work late and to meet all my needs. Very good quality equipment and materials, 2k well spent!! They do NOT sell cheap stuff!!! Also a fast turnaround time too. I will be telling my friends for sure. Call them to see for yourself. Keep up the great work Might Fitness and I am enjoying my new gym!!! :)
Picked you some plates from them. Such a pleasant experience. Very friendly people to work with. Haven't used the plates yet but they look great and got the a very good impression that they will stand behind there products. Would definitely suggest you checking these guys out. Thanks for your help
