I ordered knurled Powerblock handles and I was not disappointed. Absolutely love them and they fit amazing, better than advertised. Jamie was awesome to work with, I’d definitely buy here again!

Ottawa customer: First, I will provide a review of the Company followed by my review of the equipment. I highly recommend Dotmar Fitness Equipment!!! In January 2022, I purchased the Stairmaster Stepmill 3 from Dotmar. As I live in Ottawa, no fitness store offered this equipment, so find it difficult to purchase big ticket items online from a company where I have no point of reference. I contacted Dotmar via email on Jan. 10, 2022 inquiring if they ship to Ottawa, and within the hour, Jamie Crane responded with shipping details & provided me with the best shipping cost to Ottawa. Prior to purchasing, I read all the positive reviews which gave me the extra reassurance that this company is a safe bet. On the same day, I proceeded to purchase the equipment, received my shipping tracking number by Jan. 13, & received the equipment on Jan. 14. Dotmar is extremely efficient with their communications with customers and knowledgeable with their equipment. My experience with Dotmar was exceptional and seamless!! Special thanks to Janet Smith who assisted me with the transaction. I highly recommend this company for any fitness equipment you require and would purchase from them again. I have recommended them to a Colleague who lives in the northern region of Quebec, and someone from my gym. Review of the Stairmaster Stepmill 3: I use the commercial version of the equipment at my local gym and couldn't get enough of it. Best type of cardio equipment. This will burn double the calories in much lesser time compared to a treadmill which I used to use. I didn't want to use my treadmill as the belt has worn off & didn't want to be without doing cardio during the January gym lockdown, so I decided to purchase the Stepmill 3, suitable for a home gym that would clear an 8ft ceiling. It was quite easy to set up (3 of us) and took only 45 minutes. This little machine is sturdy and quite powerful for its size. The step height is slightly lower than it's commercial version, but you get used to it pretty fast. As per noise level, off-course it's going to be more obvious at home given the smaller space compared to a gym with very high ceilings and larger space. But if you have to compare the noise level from its commercial counterpart, they are about the same. I usually have my earbuds on at the gym and at home, so I barely hear the sound of the steps rotating. I am still getting used to the dead stop when you press the stop button, the commercial one at the gym "slowly" comes to a full stop and the Stepmill 3, when you press the stop button, it's an abrupt stop, so just make sure you hold on to the bar. There are several programs to choose from as well which is a nice feature. The equipment has a safety feature below the bottom step (sensor) that will stop the machine to prevent pets or children from getting hurt. We have been using this machine everyday since day 1 (Jan. 14) and have had no issues at all. I also attached my iPad for entertainment! This machine is used by 3 people at different times of the day & overall, it has performed exceptionally well and well used!! We highly recommend this mighty little machine!!!
Dotmar has great service, went above and beyond to get me something that was mostly out of stock. Curb side pickup was easy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Truly appreciate these guys. Very transparent and fast communication as well. Great job guys, i'll be back to buy again soon!
Great place to get any type of fitness equipment at reasonable prices. They have a wide selection of Olympic and standard weights, bars and dumbbells. As well as all sorts of machines, workout benches and other types of equipment. You name it they have it. Due to the COVID19 pandemic lockdowns, the demand for fitness equipment has been extremely high and supply chains have been interrupted so it may be difficult to source some stuff. Dumbells have especially been in short supply last time I checked. They have not been open to the public for in store shopping for a while due to the pandemic. Dotmar Fitness has so much good stock with pretty fair prices, and they are so quick to update their stock online and on instagram (at least they are now haha) as well as so quick to get your order ready. I have always been able to pickup my equipment the next day. Support local.
