Do not rely on this company — especially on the most important day of your life. They were extremely difficult to reach, and during the final two weeks before our wedding, communication became almost impossible. We had to constantly chase after them through multiple calls and messages just to get a simple meeting. They kept delaying and changing plans, which made the whole process confusing and frustrating. Another major issue is what they call their “full package.” According to the contract, servers are supposed to handle the service for the evening. But the funny part is that they won’t even serve your cake. All they do is refill the buffet — and even then, they didn’t actually refill anything. So how does it make sense to pay for full service if the servers don’t perform basic serving tasks? We weren’t asking them to plate the buffet food, but handing out cake is one of the simplest duties a server has. Instead, they tried to charge us one dollar per slice just to hand out cake. It makes absolutely no sense and should have been included in the service we paid for. The serving situation overall was another major problem. My mom, my wedding organizer, and I wrote out clear instructions for the servers. We had two of each food item prepared, with two trays for each table — one for the men and one for the women. When the men finished their trays, the servers never refilled them. Because of this, many of our guests did not get to eat properly, including several of our female guests. At the end of the night, we were left with about three or four full extra trays that should have been served. Not only did this result in wasted food worth hundreds of dollars, but it also left our guests disappointed and hungry. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this company. The only good thing I can say is that the venue itself looks nice — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Hosted my brother’s wedding reception here, great place to host events less than 100 ppl. Lots of great improvements made in the past couple of years, very professional staff and a small separate room where dinner can be served buffet style. Due to it being an event hall on its own, this is ideal for ppl who’d prefer privacy compared to other event halls which have multiple halls. There is limited parking for the venue but lots of parking in the neighbouring offices. Highly recommended!
This a nice place for hosting any event for upto a 100 guests. The main hall is spacious, nicely decorated & clean. The furniture is also good & in a relatively prime condition. There is an attached second hall that can be used for dining. Cutlery is in nice shape as well. The service was also good. Staff was quickly clearing up used plates & being helpful. As long as you are not looking to go overboard with blitz & glamour, this is a very good & affordable option for hosting an event.
If you are considering it for a gathering of around 50 people then it is fine else you may find it too small and congested. They have tried to create a theme of a garden, but I didn't find any natural plants or green space there. It is all plastic flowers and grass! Since it is owned by Zauq and they provide food and catering, I am sure it will always be great, but the ambiance is not of a garden though and the facade and the entrance is not impressive either.
Great venue with amazing decor support and wait staff. Everything was taken care of smoothly, and the atmosphere was like no other. Would highly recommend
It is nice place for a small size event not exceeding 50-60 people. Food and decor is excellent. The prices are much on the higher side. The front desk management is not very amicable. The parking is a bottleneck. Not recommended for more than 60 people event.
Nothing wrong with the place its beautiful inside with its own parking and perfect for Small gatherings BUT honestly if your customer service isn’t up to par with your atmosphere. Whomever answers the phone is really rude and does not try to offer much help in booking an event or anything because they are oh so busy I decided to take business elsewhere because this attitude would have continued throughout the time before the booking and then the event……
