The service at Prestige was okay overall, but our experience started off poorly. Even though we had reserved a table for six, the manager tried to seat us right next to the stage. When we asked to be moved, she began huffing and puffing, which felt rude and set a negative tone for the night. The food tasted good but arrived cold. The drinks were very sugary and lacked any real buzz. Our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive, but the place seemed short-staffed—we waited a long time for our espressos, and they still came out cold. Entertainment-wise, the belly dancer was very talented and definitely the highlight of the evening. The singer was Iraqi, and the DJ played okay music, but nothing that made you want to get up and dance. To top it off, our bill had two 15% gratuity charges. The waitress apologized and corrected it immediately, but it added to the frustration. Overall, despite a few bright spots, I don’t think we’d return.
This place has great food and great music along with a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend it and I want to add that being hosted by Annie is the best part of coming here. She is so talented and inviting to guests!
The worst experience. The place was almost empty, they charged a 15% service fee When I asked the waitress she told me she doesn’t get any of it So I ended up leaving an extra tip literally by force and they don’t appear professional as a middle east family vibe Definitely not coming back.
This is the first time for us in this restaurant, the atmosphere is awesome. The staff are amazing. We did the graduation party for my son and everything was 10 out of 10 special thanks goes to Anny for her excellent service. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant is nice and the atmosphere is amazing, however my experience was bad. My second time in their Saturday event, inviting 2 of my foreign friends visiting to welcome them. The appetizer’s were so cold, the grilled plate was distributed on almost all tables before reaching to us, and it at the end it didn’t even reached our table. We left very disappointed. I hope they will have better service in such events to maintain the nice image they have.
They started to surprise people with the strange and unknown charges plus imposed tip. Their staff brought wrong drink three times because they don’t listen to you. Just two drinks and hookah was charged almost 170 dollars. Ripping off.
Changing my review from 5⭐️ I used to come to this place regularly when Hani was managing. This was my first visit since then, and honestly—it’s not the same place anymore. Yes, they’ve always been expensive, but before, the experience justified it. Now? You’re paying an arm and a leg and getting almost nothing in return. A bit of pita bread, some hummus, a small salad, and literally one tiny piece of what’s supposed to be falafel or fruit—that’s it. The entertainment has completely gone downhill, the hookah is bad, and the overall vibe is disappointing. For someone who’s been here many times in the past, I genuinely regret spending my money this time. I would’ve been better off staying home. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This place is simply not worth it anymore, and at this rate, I don’t see how it survives in the long run.
