We had our wedding at Crystal Grand Banquet Hall last week, and it was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Karen and the whole team for making everything run so smoothly. From the very first day, Karen was so kind, patient, and incredibly organized. He helped us with every detail and made the whole planning process feel easy. Honestly, if Karen can handle me, I’m sure he can handle anyone — he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. The decor looked beautiful, the food was amazing (and there was so much of it!), and everything looked and tasted perfect. Our guests kept saying how great the food was and how wonderful the service felt. Everyone had such a good time, and that means the world to us. Thank you again to Karen, Hana and the entire Crystal Grand team for all your hard work, kindness, and professionalism. You made our wedding day unforgettable, and we’re so happy we chose your venue.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing—delicious, well-presented, and plentiful. Every guest was impressed by the quality and variety. The venue itself was beautiful, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that really helped make the celebration feel extra special. Karen, Hanna, Aleksandra, and the entire Crystal Grand team - THANK YOU! We couldn’t have selected a better venue for our wedding! Everything was extremely well organized, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the decor by in-house florist Véronique (Fancy Flora) was executed to perfection! We also went with the venue’s recommended vendor for our wedding cake, Gold Cherry Bakery, and it beyond exceeded our expectations. Prior to dinner being served, our guests also got to enjoy the stunning antipasto buffet - prosciutto being cut right in front of you? Can’t get any fresher than that! The grand hall has a beautiful chandelier and premier lighting that will make your wedding photos truly stand out. We chose it because of how spacious it was, our 165 guests fit comfortably, but it still provided an intimate feel. Having the head table on the stage gave us a lovely view of our loved ones and was the perfect backdrop for us to soak it all in. If you are considering booking this venue for an upcoming celebration or special occasion (wedding, baptism, quinceañera, corporate event, etc.), look no further! We highly recommend it and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and perfect. ✨?

My husband and I had our wedding this past weekend and we could not recommend this place enough! Karen was our point of contact throughout this experience. He was able to assist us in finding the right package, accommodated any requests we had and was really pleasant to work with. We upgraded from the smaller hall to the grand hall which was the right choice. Our photos looked phenomenal! When I walked into the venue for our reception, I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. Our package included silk centrepieces and Veronique (Fancy Florals) did such a beautiful job. Additionally, Hanna (venue specialist) was incredibly responsive to my emails and questions. The day prior, Hanna assisted us with any and every request we had. Overall, the team is quite knowledgable and it is evident that they are all experienced in this industry. The food was plentiful and the service was great. The plated meal received many compliments and the food was above our expectations. We went with a duo entree and it was well received. The bar was run well and the service was great. I would recommend Crystal Grand to any future brides who want a stress free experience for their special day.
I had a baptism here at Crystal Grand banquet and it was horrible. They rushed with everything just so we can leave, everyone left very early. We bought lots of desserts for everyone and they kept all the expensive desserts and put on the tables half of the desserts. I thought they would put it out later if pack it up for us but they didn’t. My husband gave them big tips to the waiters because that’s what he does and that’s when they started acting nice. Very disappointed
Crystal Grand was my wedding venue back in October 2022. The service was absolutely wonderful and we were very pleased with the food provided by the venue! We had our wedding in the Petit Hall as we had a smaller, more intimate wedding. The décor in the hall was very nice, clean, and classy. We had such positive feedback from our guests in regards to food and service as well. The staff were so kind and friendly and we would definitely come back to Crystal Grand for future events/celebrations! :) Also to note: With 2 events happening simultaneously, we did not hear anything coming from the Grand Hall although it was beside the Petit Hall. We were concerned at first about the bigger hall being naturally louder but that was not the case at all.
