I had a terrible experience with ILTTS. Even after paying for my exam, they took my money but never confirmed my test date, and I still can’t access the portal. On top of that, they charge an outrageous $10 credit card fee, which is honestly wild for a service that can’t even complete a basic booking properly. Their customer support is just as bad. Every time I call, they can’t solve anything on the spot and keep telling me to “send an email” instead of actually fixing the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating. For an organization handling important exams, the process should NOT be this difficult or stressful. I regret choosing ILTTS and would not recommend them to anyone.
I will never suggest anyone to take PTE Exam here. I took PTE CORE Exam at 1335 Matheson Blvd East (ILTTS), Mississauga, ON, CAN L4W 1R1 on 21st November, and I faced so many issues during the exam. The instructor told me that there was a problem with the PTE system as I was not able to hear clear audio in the listening session on many questions. There was breaking audio and sometimes no audio. Due to these issues, I missed so many questions and answers in this session, which contributed to all other sessions' writing, reading, listening and speaking. I raised my hand many times, While he was trying to fix the issue, my exam time was running, then he transferred me to another system, where the same issues happened so many times again. Due to this situation, I lost my time answering many questions. Also, I lost my concentration and confidence for the exam because of this experience. Also, the keyboard and mouse are too old and not working accurately, which took so much time to write anything in the writing, reading and listening session. After finishing the exam, the instructor told me that he would raise a complaint to PTE about those issues which I faced. I am so scared now as this was my 4th attempt, and I practiced a lot to get my desired score, and this horrible experience left me with so much tension in my mind. When I call PTE Customer Service, they told they will help me to book free test, but what about my time, what about the confidence I lost, what about all those things? They have only one solution to give one voucher that’s it. I have taken this very seriously, I am going to take some actions because by wasting someone’s time, not valuing someone’s preparation, these issues can not be solved by a voucher of a free test. I saw many reviews, many people have faced these issues, PTE or the Centre, you should have solved these issues at very first time when this happened, but you didn’t and now these issues affected many of us and left me scared to give PTE Core exam again.
I had a very bad experience at this PTE test center. During my PTE Core exam, the keyboard and mouse were not working properly, which made it very difficult to complete the test. I could not focus because of the technical problems, and this definitely affected my performance. For such an important exam, I expected proper working equipment and better support from the staff. Very disappointed with the quality of service at this center.
I had a very disappointing experience at this test centre. The headset provided was extremely noisy and made it difficult to focus during the exam. On top of that, the computer kept lagging, which created unnecessary stress in an already high-pressure situation. For a professional testing environment, I expected much better facilities. This really affected my performance, and I hope the centre addresses these issues for future test takers. My exam date was 15 september pte core
Very bad experience gave my exam today 28July too much noise and low quality ear headset something chinnnn sound was coming from it i raised my hand and said that i am gettinf different background noise they said it’s headset sound and with no air very suffocation place and hard to get breath 0% oxygen in the room to sweaty area. And to be honest computer is lacking. If we select yes for the next need to tap three times for that bad experience yet I didn’t got the result but still i am writing this heartfelt story.
One teacher at IELTS institute has made my day soo good. Her name is Pavneet. I am really impressed the way the was taking care of each of candidates very patiently and making sure their test candidate’s needs must be fulfilled. During my accommodation, got chance to talk to her. She is genuinely very concerned and hardworking, most generous and kind soul I met luckily today. Treated everybody in pleasant manners that ease the stress in examination atmosphere. Definitely inspiring personality and beauty with brain. I greatly appreciates all of her efforts! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very bad examination centre I would recommend not to choose this centre. We pay more than 300$ for exam and they can not even afford to turn on air condition on a heat wave day. They spoiled my whole exam.
