This is not made up. I was very scared because of the bad reviews over here. I booked my test before reviewing. But I got to experience something different. My test was on friday so very less people. The staffs were not rude, they were helpful and polite. We got enough space for our bag and jacket. I found them cooperative. The headphones were working fine and I didnt get any problem with outside noise. The test started exactly on time. And the most suprising thing, I didnt expect to get my result in just 1 day. I had bad impression through the reviews that they dont give enough score so we have to pay again and give retest but I got the score I deserved and I am fine with it. If anyone is reading this, please keep in mind to book your test on weekdays rather than weekends. Rush makes everything worse. Overall my experience in bitts mississauga-derry was good.
The worst experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional staff, unprofessional customer service. They changed the date of my exam without my permission. Then they gave me a rescheduled date that turned out to be fake date. Whenever, I call them they hang up the phone which is very impolite.
I had a wonderful experience taking my IELTS exam. The staff were friendly and helpful, the process was well organized, and the test environment was calm and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!
The star is just for putting a comment, you don't even deserve a star. I was only concentrating on the exam because of the disturbance, and my butt is still hurting me after three days because of the cheap chairs that you sit on for 3 hours
MARCH 2025 This is the most unreliable place to take your IELTS exam. I’ve taken the test three times, and every single time they have given me lower marks in one module. What's worse, it's been in a different module each time. It seems like they are intentionally doing this to force people to reappear and make more money. They don't consider the hard work people put in, but instead, reduce marks in one module just to ensure a retake. Additionally, they don't care about the cleanliness of their computer systems, which are covered in dirt. The appliances are old and don't function smoothly. The management is poor, and they are exploiting people for money without considering how hard students work to afford these exams. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. If you want to develop anxiety, then by all means, choose this place. NOVEMBER 2025 After eight months, I finally received an email from them acknowledging a technical error that caused discrepancies in my test scores. AFTER EIGHT MONTHS. My score was increased to an overall 8.5, and they stated that I would receive a refund. First of all, after this test, I booked another test with them. Then I paid for an EOR, but the score did not change. After that, I BOOKED A TEST AT DIFFERENT TEST CENTRE AND ACHIEVED MY DESIRED SCORE IN FIRST ATTEMPT. I WASTES FIVE MONTHS ON THIS PLACE, took the test four times, spent so much time and money, and what did I get? Nothing—just an email offering a refund for only that single test. I spent around $1,000 even though I was performing well; their system showed otherwise due to an error. Their negligence cost me both time and money, and now they want to refund only the test amount—and even that is not guaranteed. I emailed them and received no response for over a month. I called them; they picked up but no one spoke. They put the call on mute and then disconnected. They never respond to calls or emails.Their poor management costs students their precious time and money. They are highly unprofessional and irresponsible. The people running this location are causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. This location should be shut down by the authorities. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE—no matter what you do. They are only there to relax and make money. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY TILL DATE REGARDING THE REFUND. NO ONE RESPONDS. THIS PLACE TRULY IS A NIGHTMARE. I HOPE I COULD GIVE -100 Ratings.

Extremely terrible service!!! Nobody answers your phone call, nobody replys your e-mails, nobody processes your request. I even tried to leave messages on their website, it's like the whole insititution was shut down. I just want my additional electronic IELTS TRF send to a university, after more than a month waiting, no result at all. I would like to give this place a 0 star rate if possible!!!
