Hi, I’m planning to book a paper-based IELTS exam at your location. Before booking, I’d like to confirm a few things: Do you provide headphones for the listening section? What is the seating arrangement like — regular classroom tables in rows or cubicle-style sections? I’m asking because during my previous exam at another center, headphones were not provided, and the seating was quite crowded. I’d like to be mentally prepared this time. Thank you!
One staff (Gurneet) was disturbing me during my computer test as they change speaking schedule before the computer test could be finished. Completely distracted after that. No apologize is given by that staff.
I had an amazing experience at this centre. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The exam went smoothly without any interruptions. Staff was available to provide assistance wherever needed during the exam. I was worried about the speaking test but it was more like a friendly conversation between two friends. A centre worth recommending to your friends!
Extended processing times often lead to unforeseen and inaccurate outcomes. I completed my exam on March 4th with the anticipation of being able to participate in the express entry draws five days later, as per the announced processing times. The website indicated that results would be available within a maximum of five days. However, despite my patience and repeated inquiries, the results were not revealed until March 14th, with no explanation provided for the delay. To my dismay, the results differed significantly from my expectations, particularly in the writing and speaking sections. While I had expected a score of at least 7.5 in writing, it was marked as a 6. The delayed arrival of my results left me feeling unsettled, and upon their eventual disclosure, my suspicions were confirmed. Being asked to pay additional fees for a reassessment felt unjust, as the delay was not of my making. If there were issues causing the delay, it should have been the responsibility of the examination authority to conduct a re-marking process without further expense to me.
I took my IELTS at this centre with my girlfriend. We loved the experience, staff was welcoming and very supportive. Computers are brand new if I am not wrong, very nice HP all-in-one stations. Headphones were good, amazingly clear sound through the headphones. My girlfriend had some trouble with keyboard but I didn’t have that issue. Speaking test was awesome, the examiner (Eric) was very welcoming and comforting didn’t make us feel nervous at all. We both got 8 bands which made our day when we got to know the results. Definitely recommend taking your IELTS test here.
