This dog daycare is amazing! The team is so friendly, caring, and professional. It’s clear they genuinely love the dogs and go above and beyond to make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and entertained. My dog absolutely loves coming here tail wagging from the moment we walk in!?
The front desk staff are usually on their phones and taking personal calls whenever I come to this location. Clearly there was some sort of change in management recently because most of the newer reviews are complaints. It’s disappointing what has happened to this place.
My puppy Ace absolutely loves the team and friends at Dogtopia! The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and most importantly, they treat my dog with so much love and care. He adores the girls at the front and gets so excited every morning to go play with his buddies. I couldn’t ask for a better place for him!
Our dog just loves this place. He does not even take a second to say to bye just runs past the doors to meet his friends. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.
Definitely not a good experience …I question the attendants and to what extend they truly care. I already brought up my issue with the person who looks after the place , but I’m not sure they also care. Will be most likely looking for alternatives, but if you truly value your pet , think again before you drop it there.
This place is nice. I like that the dogs are separated based on size keeping them safe. Taking away one star only because when my dog is picked up after daycare, he comes home a little stinky. There is a place just down the road that sanitize and freshen up dogs before handing them back to their owners which I appreciate and would be nice to see here too.
Absolutely the best staff. We have a very anxious dog around people and they worked with us for weeks to make sure his transition was nice and smooth. Now he spends all day playing with his doggy pals and get the stimulation he needs!
