THE BEST PLACE EVER 1000/10!! I can’t rave about them enough. Dogtopia Meadowvale cares for my dog as if he was their own. My little Pacer is so excited to go to spend a day there for not only the dogs but the attention he receives from the staff. My dog is so excited to go in every week because he’s greeted with such love from Hylton and the front desk receptionist. We can always count on Megan to show tremendous love to Pacer and in the room he spends his best days with Heather and Sheridan! Without this wonderful team I would not be sending him to doggie daycare! There really is no better place!! If you’re looking for a clean, safe place and a team that will love your pup as much as you do look no further!!!
Our dog got injured here, the staff were very obstructive when we tried to figure out what's going on. They'll only show us the cameras if we send them vet assessment first because they thought we were going to sue them. They lied to us multiple times and we caught them in several lies . This is not a safe place for a dog. If your dog gets injured they'll do anything they can to make sure you don't know what happened. Pretty pathetic behavior.
Staff are nice but when you enroll there is a minimum of 8 week commitment and to be able to cancel it they need 2 more weeks notice which has to start after 8 weeks?? So they lock you up for a good 10 weeks. This is a bit dodgy. So be aware.
This facility deserves a zero star. After speaking over the phone with a representative I booked a meet and greet for my dog. Went on the day of meet and greet and the girl at the front desk was so rude with us. They basically didn’t want to keep my dog unless we commit towards booking 2-3 days of daycare every week. Over the phone or in their website no such thing is mentioned that they only take dogs if owners are willing to put them in day care for at least 2-3 days a week. It’s just a moneymaking business and they are looking for a steady source of revenue. None of the staff we met looked like dog lovers and the vibes we got was just awful for a facility which claims that they care about dogs. Stay away from dogtopia meadowvale!!
Nice place , friendly staff, took Chester for a wash and fresh up , nail clips. , they did a wonderful job Thanks to there Rosa there GM who did an amazing job Till next time
Dogtopia is like going to Disneyland for my dog. She can't wait to go! Dogtopia is actually a trigger word for her; her ears perk up and she automatically thinks it's time to play. I can also watch her play all day via their web cam. They've got grooming services, special events like valentines, St. Patrick's day, Halloween, Christmas, and birthday celebrations, it's great! They take photos of the event as well. The best part is the staff are awesome and take great care of my baby and she always comes home exhausted from all the fun she had.
I have been taking my dog to Dogtopia for almost 2 years now. I cannot express enough the genuine love and care the staff have for all the dogs who attend their facility. An excellent place for your pet to teach them social skills, training and exercise. They have grooming and boarding as well. I don’t know what I would do if Dogtopia wasn’t in our lives. Keep up the good work.
