Do no go to this clinic to waste your time. No one pics up the phone, emails aren’t answered regularly (sometimes you’ll never get a response). When results come in, the doctor never called me to let me know they’ve arrived. I had to email or go in myself to just ask if the results are in and have him read them to me. So unprofessional, so disinterested in helping people. Do not recommend AT ALL.
The Clinic operates on a regular basis. I was connected with Dr. Chaudhry after my family doctor retired. I've had 1 appointment in 6 years despite being a cancer survivor that should have yearly checkups. Can't walk-in and they don't answer the phone regularly. The best way to get needs met are by email. I suggest Credit Valley if you have an emergency.
I've never seen a doctor like this in my life. We came, and he said no to someone in pain and was talking to his friends and laughing with them. When asked, "Please help," he said, "he is not in a mood to check any patient. Like wow? slow claps for the doctor. The time we came to his clinic was right after the clinic was just closed.
I started seeing Dr Chaudhry when I moved to this area. I am thoroughly impressed with this Dr. He is very attentive, caring and doesnt make you feel like you're "just a number". He takes your inquries seriously, and does whatever he can to make sure you're taken care of accordingly. He is nothing like my previous Dr which I felt didn't take my medical concerns seriously. I would definitely recommend Dr Chaudhry, he is welcoming and just fantastic all around. I bring my daughter to see him as well!
