LOCATION: Dundas/Parker Hill Follow up appointment scheduled is USELESS … you will still be in First come first serve basis….after arriving ahead of our suppose appointment …. We’re called after 30mins for a very initial check that lasted 2 mins … then waitinggggggggg again … hope to see the doctor …. Very poor process … so much time wasted… knowing this concern has been the mentioned in previous comments… nothing is getting done to correct and improve this … it’s not about the volume of patients cause we’ve been here when it’s too crowded and/or with waiting area still half filled… the waiting time is the same… how it’s so? Just unfortunate, as they have great doctors here…. and they’re patients interface lasted an average of 10mins. Our case: Initial check : 2 mins With Doctor: 5 mins Total Time in clinic: 2 hrs (waiting area half filled) SUGGESTION: DO NOT PROVIDE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT WITH SPECIFIC DATE/TIME AS IT’S NOT FOLLOWED . JUST A DATE IS ACCEPTABLE. The only positive today is the quick service from wholehealth PHARMACY
One of the worst clinics I have been to. Cannot honour their own appointments. They put cancellation and no show fees whereas make you wait for 2 hours longer than your appointment time. The staff is not at all committed to bringing health welfare to their patients. Please do not commit to them for being your family doctor, they do not respect your time at all. I have endured this for 2 times up until now.
My experience with Dr. Saif has not been good. She is not punctual at her appointments. We can understand 30 minutes delay but I always waited at least 2 hours before I see her. I still continued to visit her despite of always having worst experiences. She always rushed and did not explain my concerns. My recent experience with her was very disappointing as I had a telephone appointment with her at 2.50 pm and on that day she did not call me . I waited until 7 pm that day and made 3-4 calls but I always got the message from the reception that she will call in 15 minutes. I kept waiting till 7 pm and then sent out an email since the clinic got closed it seemed. I got the reply next day that doctor had called me at 12 pm since there were no patients. I told them that I was not expecting her call 2 hrs prior to my appointment. She did not even try to call back when she did not get through, my point is everyone’s time is important . I had taken half day off for this appointment. She did not even bother to respond. I have fed with this repetitive experience and now moved to another doctor who is more friendly and punctual . I will never recommend this doctor to anyone . Thank you.
New clinic with very friendly and respectful counter staff. Dr. Shazia is excellent, and her diagnosis is always very accurate. She takes time to listen to the patient patiently.
Worst clinic even after appointment you wait 45 mints to 1 hour always its not like a one time thing every appointment its same wait. No value for person’s time. Never go here.
Doctors and Staff polite, My daughters dont want to change the dr. They like Dr. Asifa. Very cool, polite and The Best. The pharmacy Staff also very polite and helpful.
