Ive never dealt with such professional caring reception and administration staff and doctor. My daughter is prone to asthma and pneumonia. In search of the right antibiotic for her the receptionist called around different pharmacies and found it for us. Called us promptly even though we didn’t have an appointment to tell us where to fill it. Dr Fadwa is great with kids too. Yes sometimes appointment times are late which is alot of waiting, but other than that we have been very happy to finally have caring family care!
Dr. Elsaid is my family doctor since we moved to Canada 6 years back. She is one of the greatest doctors I have ever had. Super polite and knowledgeable and always has an answer for my medical concerns. She is always smiling, positive and enthusiastic. If you have questions or concerns, she is very good at reassuring her patients, and more importantly informing them with her excellent communication in a very professional and relaxed environment. The staff is also incredibly friendly and always available and approachable. Esp shout out to Huma. They are always available for my requests/querries.In this country where the doctor office calls mostly goes on voice msgs this doctor's office is available on wasapp and emails. They are way advance in technology.The appointments can we booked online the video consultation is available. I enrolled my elderly mother too and can't thank doctor enough for her care,patience and support. We are lucky to find her. She has very sound knowledge and provides referral when required I would highly recommend Dr.Elsaid. Blessed to have Dr Elsaid as our Family doctor.
Why is the male receptionist so impatient. If you hate your job quit. You’re supposed to have customer service skills. They need to find a better receptionist.
Amazing doctor. Very personable and patient. Gets to the point and explains options clearly. Very nice personality and takes time to understand the history.
Keeping the wait time out, the doctor " Fadwa El. Said" and the receptionists are great..Every treatment doctor el said recommends works great for my family. She understands the problem quite soon and gives appropriate treatment.
My family doctor had retired and I was not happy with her replacement. I switched to Dr. Fadwa El Said about 1 1/2 years ago and am very happy with my decision. She is extremely thorough and stays on top of things, and is very friendly as well.
There is absolutely I sense of urgency when you call the office. I have been suffering from a torn ligament for almost 3 months now, and I have not been able to schedule and appointment to see the dr. When you call the number it redirects you to the website and WhatsApp. You keep getting bounced around to just get an appointment
