I wish I can give them negative stars. They sell defective items. Bought a very expensive file cover, found it had a hole in it, went back, and they refused to exchange it. Please don’t come and waste your money here.
Went there today after years. The woman at the cash was extremely rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and ungrateful after purchasing a few items. The items are descent but the behaviour is awful!
The owner is a cheater. He will add items you did not purchase to your bill and he ask for cash to escape paying tax..He charge us extra item and tax but returned only cash for the item only. They do not give receipts. He thinks customers are fools He is a scammer. Don’ t buy from there or report them to CRA.
I purchased an item that was mislabeled by the manufacturer. Although all items are final sale, they understood the issue and resolved it with me. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great selection and a it pretty much has everything. Very pleased with the services and products offered. Definitely a returning customer.
ZERO STARS. A girl at the cash would not do an exchange of "THEIR OWN FAULTY" product. She accused me of having used it. I left it with her without getting compensated for it. They are a lot more expensive than Dollarama, but I believe in supporting smaller businesses. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!
Bought bunch of helium balloons spending over $80. Paid extra for special product they put in for balloons to last longer. Very cheap quality products and so small balloons.
Great service & very helpful person at the front. Guided us to the items we were looking for and greeted us with a very polite smile and a very friendly attitude. The items are in good variety and easily accessible.
