I purchased the earphones for my iphone. I left the store and in car tried to use it. First thing it was broken wire and very poor quality i paid $12 for it. After one hour i went back to store and same guy name Muhammed so rudely denied to exchange it and said you broke it. I was not shocked as they are the most rude people in canada and i have never seen such bad customer service. In the past i have seen them being rude to other people but this time i got the taste myself. Never going back there. In fact i find all the arabic stores either dollar or any business they are very mean and arrogant. I would say just be careful when you deal with any Arabic stores.I agree with Syed Zaidi review above and it is exactly how they treat people. The store manager is clearly lying about the customer and they are most rude people on earrh.

Hey, The Manager Has Been Out Of The Country For The Past 17 Days So We Have No Idea How He Was In The Srore. It's Obviously Your With The Other Comment Will Be Reported To The Police Also For Racism & Hate. The Same Way Your Buddy Syed Was Reported For Assult. Managment:)

My partner comes here very often to pick up some nice Arabic perfume oils. Sadly today he got racial profiled and physically assaulted by one of the employees. I am very upset and disappointed about this because this is a store that he truly loves and he comes there very often. The employee that assaulted my partner did not even apology . Further action will be taken !!!

Thieves, thieves, thieves!!! Taking advantage of people at this horrible time of our lives (pandemic), a small bottle of sanitizer cost $30, a small box of gloves that has like 10 pairs for $13. They are disgusting!! Shame on you!!!!
