Avoid at all costs. If you are a business you will be scammed in different ways despite following the contract. They will not fix any of the problems in their warehouse. They expect you to fix it and they still won't pay you back. Absolute scam.

The 5 star reviews are all fake, Rasna, Dima and Samar are all ex employees that were asked to do when fellow ex employees gave their ratings. Aya is his wife and Atif is his father. Additionally, the CEO Abdel and his dad Atif are heavily involved in money laundering through questionable . Everything is fake about this place. Take your money somewhere else.

Overall, there are better cosharing work spaces around that offer better rates and contracts wise, and you won't be helping a sleazy business CEO with very questionable practices grow, especially with the amount of employees that file for their money through the labour board.
Very unprofessional. They hired me with the intention of training me for 3 months and then would allow me to do the job they hired me for. Had me come in for three days made everything appear fine, then Abdel the CEO/founder sat me down and said it’s not working out and when I asked why he said that I was great and all but he needed someone that would be able to be up and running in less time but that was never mentioned when he hired me. He then proceeded to tell me he hired someone else to replace me after seeing me work for a whole 2 days! It’s a joke, stay far away from this place. They will promise you the world and just pull the rug from underneath you. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a CEO.
This place does not even deserve 1 star. Went there for job interview upon arrival receptionist was very pleasant and professional . I was on time waited 20 min for the women and the man who did not even introduce themselves to come ( red flag #1) . During the interview the man was playing with his phone no eye contact (red flag#2) the women had poor interview skills as if she was expecting me conduct the interview myself . This place only has 19 reviews really strange probably created by that guy on his phone. In my experience business or personal no eye contact means not good intentions,dishonest no confidence in what he is offering .My impression this is scam . They just looking for gullible people to work over . Dodged a bullet . My advice to anyone thinking of getting involved with this be careful . Very Unprofessional.
Great shared office spaces- unique design and very welcoming. Coffee is great there too along with amazing Program Advisors especially, Rawda who always has a smile on her face and always professional.
Terrible customer service. They over charge for many things not included in the contract. Do not give permission to take money from your bank account as they just take the money. Stay away from this place. I was there for one year as I must comply the contract... but it was the most terrible experience. Very very unprofessional staff. I rented a warehouse at one of their facilities and I have many issues with maintenance and leaks from the ceiling...everything was destroyed and they never pay me back. Instead they took all my security deposit. All of the tenants always leave this place very disappointed. You can contact me if need more details.
