Whether it’s handling mail, answering questions, Liza does it all with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude that makes every interaction a pleasant experience. She is the kind of person who leaves a positive impression in every interaction I have had with her. The office is well-organized and maintained, offering great amenities like printing facilities, coffee, big meeting rooms with fast Wi-Fi and TV screens. The price is competitive, and free parking makes it even more convenient. Located close to Square One Shopping Centre with easy access to Highway 403. If you’re looking for an independent office with no contract, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
Had a good time leasing the space initially but there is definitely a problem with general cleanliness. Also be aware the building is planned to be demolished so it will be hard to secure any long term lease.
The costs are not listed online, I called three times, but no one even picked up the phone, I sent a massage on their website a week ago but got no answer. If you can't provide the basic information to optional clients then you should close up your business.
I called earlier in the a.m. and was advised to come in the office for additional info. Jennifer, the receptionist was extremely professional and helpful. She went through all the various options available for office space rental and explained with much patience all the questions I needed to be answered. I immediately signed up as I have no doubt the service will continue to be a 5 star at its best. Looking forward!
Location, location, location... this, well organized and well maintained office building is located in the heart of City of Mississauga steps away from Square One shopping Centre with an easy access to highway 403. The management and staff is very professional and polite. Whitehall Offices are competitive in their pricing and services. Parking is free. I am a paralegal, this office location is very convenient for me as it is a block away from the Landlord and Tenant Board.
I am a virtual office client using their address to get mail. I also use their meeting rooms. The meeting rooms have large screen Tvs, webcam, conference calling, extremely fast Wifi and free coffee!
I held a workshop this morning at Whitehall Offices and I could not be more pleased! Their large meeting lounge holds 20+ people and is very comfortable for participants. The location is great and easy to access from the 403. Very impressed and will definitely be back.
