I visited this convenience store looking for some beer, and I was really impressed with the selection. They had a great variety—different brands, craft beers, and even some rare finds that I didn’t expect. The prices were also the best I’ve seen around here, which made the whole stop even better. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for, but the cashier was happy to recommend a few options based on my preferences. It was my first time going in there, and my last time I'm going there. This cashier try to Double tap my Coca-Cola. Instead off 2 buck now it 4 bucks. He new right away that I saw him do that. SHAME, SHAME.
This used to be a great convenience store, close to home and friendly, but this afternoon the customer service sucked. I visited the location last night and had a lotto ticket that was a multi play checked and some additional tickets I had checked. I also purchased some new tickets. The clerk provided me my new tickets but seems to have misplaced my multi play in the “garbage” pile and I only realized this morning. I went back and asked if the recycling was still there and was told yes. When I further explained, the clerk said I was not allowed to look at the recycling and the story then changed that it was thrown out however the box was clearly full. I offered to sift through and look for the misplaced ticket myself and had a picture to match my ticket on my phone and he refused to allow me. He called the clerk form last night, speaking in a different language (that I did not know) and smirking on the phone as he talked. He proceeded to tell me I would need to wait as there were other customers. I waited for 15 minutes and was not serviced as kind customers kept offering that I was next. I will avoid coming here in the future and would like to speak directly with the owner about how I was treated. This is not acceptable customer service!!!
This convenience store consistently provides a pleasant shopping experience with its friendly staff and well-stocked shelves. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need quickly, and I also find all the flavors in Red Bull and monster.
Loved the store. Nice people at the counter no matter what time you go. They stock everything. This morning there were flower bouquet for Mothers day celebration!! Goes to show how much they care for customer service.
