Horrible customer service. More than that, they don’t know what you are giving them to dry clean when picking up. Basically, you can take someone else’s clothes or laundry because the staff have no clue.

This is a great place to buy lotto tickets. You can also get dry cleaning, smokes, vapes and Freedom cellphones. They also have a bitcoin machine with good prices.
I gave couple of pants to dry clean, and it seemed to me that they were not even washed or dry cleaned because all the spots and stains were still there they were just ironed. When I pointed out I was told that we are not here to take out stain and spots And we do tell all our customers that we will not take out any spot and stain, if that is the case, why would I give my pants to dry clean secondly very arrogant person who was serving me did not have the ethics to talk and entertain to my complain do not waste your money going to this dry cleaner, waste of time and waste of money. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.
Very useful to have this shop in our locality. Great service, and their selection of items is good. Plus they now have a greeting cards rack, which is super useful!
This dry cleaner not only lost, but also shrunk my friend’s designer clothes. They couldn’t have done a worst job even if they tried - it’s clear from her experience and other reviews that this vendor is negligent and does not care to do their job as a dry cleaner. Please RUN (do not walk) away from this establishment if you value your belongings so you don’t have to go through what my friend currently is. I hope this owner at least has the integrity to do right by her and give her money back for the lack of service.
This place can not manage your dry cleaning. They mislabeled mine and someone else’s dry cleaning and ending up giving me the wrong shirts back. Ended up retrieving it, but my time was wasted. Doesn’t seem like a complicated service yet they fail to deliver!
