Pathetic service, the employees are the rudest and disrespectful, absolutely disgusting experience! Worse employees specially the guy with pepper and salt beard and glasses and another girl.
The staff here are super friendly all the time. I come often and am always greeted with a hello. They let me wait for my Uber inside when it's really or really hot. I have never experienced this type of customer service on a regular basis before. Thank you for making my day that much better with your hello,good morning and your smiles.
Some people are friendly others not so much, the friendly ones are great, the others make it uncomfortable. The one working at night didn't want to help me with an issue, didnt greet me when i walked in, didnt even look at me. Just gave me a flat out "no". I had the exact same issue happen to me at a different gas station and the people were friendly and did not hesitate to help me. This guy did not care, i thought customers safety and concerns were a priority, not in this location though.
I go there very often. One night I buy some croissants, a lady let me pay small bag for 5 cent per each, this never happened before. So bad experience.
I really like these guys. They're pleasant and helpful. It's a gas bar and convience store so maybe I dont expect much but stock is on point, its clean, gas is well priced and they look to have some tasty hot snacks. Right off the 407 in a small plaza that also houses some QSRs and professional offices.
Today (October 3 at 10 PM), I have visited this Gas station to fill Gas. I have switched my car off and went inside for the pre-payment for the gas. When I returned to my Car the lady gas attended refused to open the Gas pump because she thought that my Car ignition is on which was not and start yelling at me by using the microphone. This is absolutely crazy behavior and very bad customer service. I did not find a way to complain to this gas station owner.
I was a regular here until tonight. White female manager barking at new trainee was such a brutal experience. If she said what are you doing one more time I was going to cuss her out.
