The food was amazing,and the service was amazing,boss man serving us was filled with jokes and such a positive attitude.i loved this place,for sure coming back
First of all my first time here I tried to call and place an order and they told me they no longer take orders because people call and never pick up the food. You’re not supposed to tell people that first of all secondly, I still went there and I got a jerk chicken rice and I got a curry chicken with rice and to be honest with you. It was absolutely disgusting And the customer service from the one lady she’s tall like people were asking for just a little more rice and she was like nope this is the portion serving and I’m not giving you any more like absolutely disrespectful. Who’s gonna wanna come to this establishment?D Don’t waste your time or money I’ll never be back
Had the goat soup 2 times it tasted nasty like dirty water no taste , curry’s no taste at all taste like curry powder no seasoning in anything sad an waste of money as there food is also expensive
Imagine, I have been visiting Potluck for more than a decade and overtime I have grown more and more disappointed with the way customers are treated (Not by the workers, God bless them as they are underpaid and simply following instructions, but by the OWNERS). The portions have gotten smaller, and the prices have gotten more expensive, rubbish. A festival is now half the size of a small festival, this along with ALOT OF OTHER THINGS. I would advise you to take your money to Souperlicious, WAY BETTER QUALITY FOR YOUR MONEY. Pot luck, I don't expect you to do better as customers have complained time and time again and nothing, you don't even put black pepper on ackee anymore, BUT YOUR PRICES KEEP GOING UP. Be considerate of the community that has served you guys for YEARS. UNU TOO TEEEF.
I've been going to the small GTA chain of Potluck restaurants for over 20 years. I love several of their recipes including the stewed chicken and their take on curry goat.. They've catered some small events for me and it doesn't matter which location you go the food and service is consistent, reliable and high quality. The only problem is if you come too late in the day they've already sold out of most of the great dishes, and then you'll just simply have to have their reliable favorite jerk chicken!!
Out of this world food. Oxtail, curry goat, jerk chicken is all tender, so flavourful and fall of the bone delicious. Highly recommend this place. Delivers consistantly good carribean food.
One of the best places I have ever eaten good is spot on and the service was great I have had the pleasure of trying a few things on the menu and even though it was all good the one dish that stood out the most was the stew chicken the flavors exploded in your mouth like an orgasmic sensation I high recommend this restaurant to anyone who has the taste for jamaican food just want to say great job miss Sharon on a fantastic place may your success be others tasteful pleasure I had to come on here to revise my review.So i've eaten here again.This is november tenth, and the food absolutely is phenomenal.No jokes, I am so impressed at this restaurant.Everybody needs to come and try this.The best thing to try is to stew.Chicken curry, chicken and goat curry.Goat, oh my goodness, it is absolutely divine.And since the new management has taken over very clean, it smells refreshing and everybody is happy here.Great job
