Called VMB to get an estimate time for a truck wash was told by a girl over the phone its gonna be 15 mins. When I got there they had 1 truck in the bay and was told by a short guy its gonna be half hour. Over an hour had passed by ended up leaving without getting my truck washed. Bunch of unprofessional goofs working there don’t waste your time.

This is my first truck wash with VMB. They just open this truck wash few months ago and they are doing great job. Clean truck was with good customer service they spent almost 45 mins to 1 hr to clean it. I was happy and price is $70 for bobtail. I will definitely go back every time!!

I did not want to put this review but whenever I look at my trailer I feel so disappointed as I paid in full for the service which is not at all satisfactory. Due to that I had to say this out. The staff was very unprofessional, untrained and new employees. I went in evening so they were least interested in doing work as they wanted to just run home. I had to be with them all the time to point missed places to wash. Then One of the employee asked me to pay the bill and I went to pay and when I came they said the job was done. But they did not even do it properly. In fact they put acid onto the wheel cups and the colour faded now. So staff was unskilled who did not know how to do their job. I am putting pictures also of my trailer which was “just washed”. If your doesn’t know how to do the job or if they are so eager to go home then please let customer know that time only so that they don’t come and waste their time and pay for something which is not done. Very very disappointing!!
