My experience at this truck wash location was incredibly frustrating. Despite being assured a short wait over the phone, the situation unfolded differently on-site. Another truck, arriving after me, was prioritized for a quick wash without proper communication or explanation. The lack of organization and communication reflected poorly on their customer service, leaving me dissatisfied and questioning their business practices
Was there to get acid wash to my truck and trailer and Staff need to learn manners how to talk with customers and dont teach customer what to do with there trucks and trailer unless someone ask And one last Too expensive and not worth the wash because of wash results.
I will never recommend them. They’re unprofessional the washing system so poor and the oil change you just have to keep eye on them always over fill and they always charge extra than other. zero services
It's a very bad place to wash a truck. See a picture of after wash.the guy who got money from me he said for $60 you can get this kind of wash,if you don't like our wash don't come again.
Very poor job at washing my truck.i paid $ 150 so they can degrease it but they didn't even bother to wash it well despite my pointing it .go there if u wanna throw ur money n want unfinished job.i m gonna tell everyone in my yard about this.
Very unprofessional. Took pics right after wash and I even stood by them pointing out places that they missed and were still dirty. Told the guy numerous times to go over some parts but they weren’t able to wash my truck. I even offered to pay extra but they did not do a job that I was satisfied with. Don’t take your truck here for washing!
If there was a zero star or even a negative stars I would have rated this place with, very poor service ,they couldn’t even put some silt in front of the wash bay, there is a little slip in the front and every truck was spinning there and the staff were watching, don’t ever go there
