We turned on our timer and noticed that in our timer shows 3 minutes and 30 seconds where in the car wash 4 minutes . So in every 4 minutes they cut 30 seconds which is a big scam
Really impressed with the wash here. The staff were quick, thorough, and the car came out shining without a single spot left behind. Worth every penny.
As someone who doesn’t carry coins or cash. I’m glad they have this tap option, made it easier for vaccuuming my car interior. $2 for 3 minutes is a good time.
Bunch of scammers, dont go there, they costed me $10 of two payments for a car wash when I only selected for a $4 pre authorization. And they only gave me 3 minutes 30 seconds, when they clearly written for 4 minutes. Dont fall for their scam
Cost is $4 now instead of $3. Change machine wouldn't take my bill for their tokens. Seems like less soap comes out now than a few years ago, and the wash time has been reduced. In fact, the timer on the bay on the far left (furthest from dollarama) doesn't have the noise indicator to inform you the water is turning off so I drove away with soap still on my car. Getting greedy while not keeping maintenance.
The Spot Free on Plymouth is usually ideal to wash my trucks cab.. recently over the last few visits, the high pressure gun in bay 5 has been so weak it looses power throughout the wash.. to the point that I’ve spent $10 just to rinse the cab of my truck.. and only half successful.. I appreciated when I reached out by text to the management they offered to refund me. Unfortunately for me.. I turned their method of refund down as I would have rather just rinsed the rest of my truck off and be gone. Most likely I won’t try my luck here again.
It is a nice coin car wash. It starts with four dollars and if you are quick you can wash your car and matts in that time or you can add some money before time expires. There are few vacuum cleaners. You can get coins from the machine if you forgot to bring and you can buy drying clothes. Some of the bays(1-6) now accept credit cards so just tap your credit card which makes it more convenient. Vaccum cleaners are two dollars and the time is good enough to vaccum whole car. Update 16 February 2023. I was trying to get a car wash but the machine took two dollars and was not accepting a toonie, I tried another bay and it was the same thing and I thought I lost the money but I called the number that was listed up there and the gentleman asked me to put the garbage cans in front of the bays and asked to text him my email address so I did. He came and saw the amount and etransfered the money. Lots of respect for the people running this business,even though it was not a big amount but still it is nice to know that they care. More bays with card payments and you can choose the amount from $4.00 and up.
