Matt and his team did a phenomenal job with our 2025 Land Cruiser. They installed a new DV8 centric bumper, winch and light bar. This was no easy job, as the 12V battery is in the rear of the vehicle (hybrid). New 1/0 cables had to be run from the rear battery to the front. The wiring job all around is very clean and looks factory. The bumper fitment looks amazing. They had to carefully cut the OEM bumper to make the DV8 metal bumper fit. The service advisors at Toyota for an oil change could barely tell this is an aftermarket bumper. We were very impressed with the light bar install, specifically the switch. We were looking for an OEM factory look (without the use of a switch panel). Matt was able to put an aftermarket switch (similar to OEM) in a single blank spot near other Toyota switches. Matt and his team are detail oriented and knocked this one out of the park. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Phenomenal service. I brought my Go Overland RTT in for a canvas replacement. Appointment booking, drop off, and pick up was all simple and easy. Where Red Bear Outdoors really stands out is the customer service. We had issues where some of the canvas corners kept popping out of the channel. Matt was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. He provided detailed instructions on how I could fix it, but also offered to have them fix it free of charge. We ended up having the bring the RTT back twice for the corners, as it turns out the canvas being brand new was too taut. 5 months later and 2 extra visits the issue is resolved. I felt like I was wasting their time, but they never came across like I was. Matt and Henry are fantastic to deal with

I purchased from this company because it has wonderful reviews. My experience unfortunately is very much. Not a wonderful one. They are not honouring their product They refuse to take it back unless it is a new condition despite the fact That there are defects !
Anything camping or over-landing THIS IS THE SPOT!! staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I drove 2 hours to get my new tent and some goodies which did not disappoint. I’ll be doing all of my future shopping here? Thanks again Dexter and Mike
Very unpleasant experience with a new treeline tamarack tent, travel cover zipper broke at first trip. Manufacturer would not cover the defective cover and offered s new cover for over $500 as an extra to the purchased price. Very disappointed with the Redbear Outdoors service and the wy the issue was handled. Never again will purchase from this brand and dealer.
