This review is long overdue. I had Paul install a rack and roof box a year and a half ago. I had a newborn at the time, and quickly realized that with a large dog I could use some extra storage on top of my Ford Escape. To be honest, I meant to wait a bit (but not this long) to judge how good the quality of the products are. I have no notes - RackTrip products are of great quality after lots of use. Paul has phenomenal prices, and he is a true pro. His meticulous attention to detail during installation was much appreciated - he leaves no doubts that the rack was installed correctly, and not to mention perfectly straight. Paul is also a pleasure to work with - a genuinely good person who cares about his products and business. Don't hesitate to trust your rack and cargo needs to RackTrip, you won't be disappointed!

I would totally recommend this place. Paul the owner is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me two options for my Kia requirements and even installed it. It is very solid on the roof and comes with a lock and adjustment wrenches.
I am satistified and happy with the roof rack that was installed on my 2011 hyundai tucson, it is very secured and durable for the price. Paul is very professional and friendly to talk too while he install the roof rack. I highly recommend him and his business for car roof rack and accessories installation.
I bought a fixed point roof rack...ones that has a place for a screw in the rain gutters on the roof. Had issues with movement because the feet are plastic which tends to flex. The bars developed dents from clamp of kayak carriers also purchased from racktrip. I find the bars a bit too slippery for clamp on systems unless specifically designed for the asymetrical shape of the bar. Ultimately, these were very inexpensive (about 1/3 of price) when compared to an equivalent system from name brands like Thule and Yakima and therefore, don't expect to get the same quality. And that might be totally okay for your application. This did not work for me but I suppose other style mounting systems might be more solid and secure than the fixed point. Regardless, Paul handled my situation quickly and so customer service was excellent.
