From start to finish these guys are pros. I've spoken and dealt with Nigel and Kevin. Both great guys. So helpful I installed the Encore ENA-2T3 amp into my 24 sequoia capstone. So straight forward. Easy plug and play. I made a couple calls during install to make sure of a couple things and they were great at answering my questions. The amp made a world of difference in the factory system. Very happy with the product and Autocentrix. Highly recommend
Had problems starting my car so my manager recommended Nigel to remove my aftermarket remote starter. He responded right away and was able to fix my problem within an hour or two. Fast service, very affordable pricing, my car finally starts normally now thanks to Nelson.
Kevin was very thorough and very patient throughout both times I have gone to autocentrix for my automotive accessory needs regarding my Honda Pilot and my friends GMC Yukon even through dealing with me being unsure of vehicle options he was extremely patient. Will be returning for more stuff soon
Had an remote start install by these guys … the thorough detail of what I was buying to the very end they were more then helpful. Man it is like a dream now that I can start my car before I leave work and it is all cool and comfortable when I get into it in the evening after work Now looking forward to the winter and a nice warm car Thanks guys !!
No customer service once product get sold. You will get appointments if you are first time buyer and for resolving your problems than they are damm busy. Double standards
It took a while to get the actual appointment (due to restrictions outside of their control) they were very conscious of the delays and were very understanding. The overall installation process went very smoothly.
