Shawn was great to deal with, but clearly they skimped on the installers. We already have several shutters that arent closing properly in less than a year. They blamed the windows "shifting". These are high-end, new windows. If new windows cause shifting, why agree to install shutters at all? When asked to come out and fix their shoddy install, they requested a fee. I think the only shifty thing is how they do business.
BUYER BEWARE - fake positive reviews Writing as I have no idea how positive reviews are still being written as we have been completely left in the dark since May 2025. The positive reviews that you see are most likely fake and created by friends, family or the business themselves. We put down a hefty deposit only for the company to ghost us. They are scamming people out of deposits and the authorities cannot do anything. BUYER BEWARE. Looks like they are getting people to write fake positive reviews to keep their scam going. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Buyer beware - I ordered a Somfy remote from them online. Over 2 months later and it never came. They won’t return my calls or emails. I even tried their online form - nothing. They took my money but won’t send the remote or at least a refund.

I've tried to contact this company many times since I reached out for service. They took my deposit and haven't gotten back to me. Nobody is answering my phone calls and I believe they blocked my number. Stay away at all costs. These people are thieves.
Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity. I had a terrible experience with them recently ( Spring 2025). While the owner Shawn appears helpful and knowledgeable- once I placed an order with him, total chaos occurred. The product was not ready in time. It took many communications to find out what was wrong, weeks and weeks , and then to actually get the blinds I ordered to our place. Once done, further poor organization in getting the installer Shawn has chosen to our place to actually get the installation done. Then- there is more--- months after the installation a problem arose with the blind motor. This is after sales service, mere months after the blinds had been purchased. More sheer disorganization and terrible follow up on getting the installer person to our place. Crazy difficult to simply line up a specific time and date. Why is this happening? I finally simply could not stand the lack of communication, chaos, and the attitude of being treated like that. This used to be a good company. No more. Stay miles away.
