I'm a huge fan of Kamal's team at Delta Shutters and Blinds. I started my blind business at the beginning of 2024 and Delta has been a big part of the reason I have been successful. Their quality products, high quality production and stellar service are why I love these guys. Harman, Sveta, Jas, Yogesh, Xandra and the amazing people doing the production are all proof of Kamal's excellent leadership and ability to create a great company and fantastic team! Issue has still not been rectified with this company after going through the “indirect supplier” of the product. Months have gone by at this point and in July when the company sent guys out to check it out they said they “needed a part a would be back soon”, it is now November. I will absolutely never use this company again after spending $30,000 on the pergola and then hearing nothing when their product did not work properly. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! We wish we would have gone with Procam or another company similar. Updated to include the picture of the "fix" that they originally did with caulking only when they said they needed to order a new part, and the caulking isn't even the same colour. It looks like garbage.
I have been purchasing from Delta Shutters for over 5 years and will continue to work with them. They are pleasant to deal with and have a wide selection of custom blinds and most importantly, they stand by their products. Their installers are pleasant and take great care of the installation, which as a designer is important that my clients receive the best possible service.
