Both Vivid and Vinoy are super gentlemen. Got Zebra blinds for the house in 2019. Vivid explained everything very nicely and gave all the details and suggested the best out of multiple options available for our new house. Very courteous and respected the property at the time of installation too. met Vinoy in 2025 for a small roller stuck issue. it was right-away fixed and a new roller was installed. I appreciate the after-sales service too. It's good that they don't forget customers after making a sale :). Definitely 5 stars.

Allure is fantastic, they are super helpful and provide in home consultation to pick colours and fabrics. They install the blinds in a timely fashion. We are extremely happy with our blinds and the price we paid.
I installed blinds few months ago but got trouble with remote. I contact the sales person but he had left the job, but Owner came by-himself and fix it on same day. Thanks for fast after sale service.
I shopped around for blinds but I decided to go with Allure as it gave me the best value for my money. They ended up doing work for my extended family as well. I would reccomend working with Vivid for home blinds (worth even for comparing products and costs)
