We recently hosted my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday celebration at The Place – Elmcan, and everything turned out fantastic! Rami was an absolute pleasure to work with — always easy to reach, very pleasant, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. He answered all of our questions with patience and offered great suggestions whenever we weren’t sure about something. The décor was beautiful, exactly as we envisioned. One small suggestion would be to have more detailed categories on the website for décor options. This would make browsing and selecting from the photos even easier for clients during the planning stage. The day of the event was perfect — from the stunning decorations to the attentive and professional staff. A special shoutout to the bar attendant, who was wonderful with all the guests and made delicious drinks with great recommendations. It was also so thoughtful of Rami to check in during the event to make sure everything was going smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend The Place – Elmcan for any special occasion!
I recently had my henna night at Elmacan and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The venue was beautiful, the staff were so professional, and everything ran so smoothly. A special thanks to Dimple, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire night and made sure everything went perfectly. All of my guests had a wonderful time. As a very picky bride, I can’t thank Iman and Rami at Elmacan enough for making our wedding day so beautiful! From the start, they were so accommodating to all my needs and never once made me feel like I was being too much. I called and questioned them over and over (especially about the décor—I’m usually the one who handles it all and was so uneasy leaving it in someone else’s hands). But every single time, they reassured me with patience and kindness, and on the big day the décor was absolutely stunning—my exact vision and even better than I imagined! We booked two halls, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, and they even adjusted rehearsal times to fit our busy schedule. Rami worked closely with us to build a customized package within the inclusive option, always being clear about additional costs and giving great advice on what would work best. On the wedding day, both Iman and Rami were hands-on, making sure everything went smoothly. The bartender and the photo booth were huge highlights—the booth especially was a hit with everyone, and Rami even offered it to us on the spot! My only disappointment was the serving staff—I received quite a few complaints from guests about rudeness. They didn’t smile once and had unfriendly faces all night, and even my own kids (who were flower girls) were denied food. That part was disheartening. Overall, though, our experience at Elmacan was wonderful. The venue itself, the décor, and the effort Iman and Rami put into making sure everything was perfect gave us an unforgettable day with our family and friends. With a little improvement in the serving staff, it would be a flawless 5-star experience. Thank you again, Rami & Iman, for bringing my dream wedding to life!

The decorations were absolutely stunning, even better than I had imagined. What impressed me the most is that they went above and beyond to get me the colors and some decoration pieces they didn’t originally have, all on such short notice — and it made me even happier! Every detail was perfectly thought out, and the setup exceeded all my expectations. On the day of the event, everything was on point — flawless from start to finish. My guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful the venue looked and how much they loved the atmosphere. Not a single person left without expressing their admiration.
