We recently had a corporate event at Roma’s Hospitality for a Christmas dinner and 10 year anniversary, and this was by far the best venue we have ever worked with! Throughout the month of planning, Ana was extremely helpful and always available for any request or questions I had. She helped our team bring the vision we wanted for this party to life. She pays a lot of attention to detail and went above and beyond. Joseph, who was with me the entire night of the event was wonderful. He was checking in every 10-15 minutes to make sure everything was running smoothly and was ready for any last minute changes I might’ve had. Massimo was very welcoming to all our guests and helped us rearrange a few last minute changes. Overall all the staff and servers were so kind and so sweet. If you need to book with a hall for any sort of event. This is the place. The food was also amazing. Thank you for being such an impressive venue.
Banquet Hall was good size for a wedding. However bartender who served at the open bar only allowed a limited amount of drinks to me but clearly gave others drinks as requested. A guy with glasses who spoke Spanish.
We had our wedding here and it was amazing! Ana and Joe made the whole preparation process easy and not stressful. As a bride who planned her own wedding they helped us with all the questions we had and were very fast to respond via email. On the day of the hall was set up exactly as we discussed and it looked perfect. Food was amazing! All our guest loved the portion size and how hot the food was when it arrived. All the courses also came out in a very timely manner. The late night station was a great hit too! This was my 3rd time going to an event there simply because it has timelessly elegant decor, great food and ideal location!
Roma’s Hospitality Centre is by far my favourite venue to host my events. I’ve had several functions there and continue to be impressed each time with the beautiful ambiance, amazing service, exceptional food, etc.. The manager Joseph is a pleasure to work with, he always makes me feel comfortable, important and completely bends backwards in making sure every function I have is more special than the last. With Covid having been hard on businesses especially banquet halls I completely understand price inflations and basically lack of servers etc. I feel like In compared to other halls which I’ve heard absolute horror stores I feel like Roma’s did everything in their power during my last function (post Covid) to uphold their status of being which I consider of the most amazing banquet halls yet! Thank you truly, Joseph and staff for making my wedding the most memorable day of my life. I appreciate all your hard work especially during these hard times and look forward to continue having many more functions with you!.
We just had our daughter's bridal shower at Roma's. The food was amazing! The service was excellent! The coordinator made the planning so easy! Everything went better than planned! Everyone at Roma's went above and beyond to make the celebration special. I highly recommend this beautiful venue!
