Sampath and other TA Appliance (Mississauga) staff were helpful; they responded to telephone messages and replied to emails promptly. They made themselves available when we needed assistance. The delivery and installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with our new dishwasher. This was our third appliance purchase from this location, and it is our Go-To store for appliances!
If I could give TA Appliance a 10 star review, I would. I bought my kitchen appliances from Sampath at the Toronto outlet location in 2023, and had an amazing purchasing experience while my kitchen was being renovated. Sampath made helpful suggestions that led to us changing our planned kitchen design to be more functional AND managed to get us significant savings while he was at it. We also purchased the extended warranty on everything, which is important info for my rave review. 3 days before giving birth to my first child in April 2025, out of nowhere my dishwasher started to seriously malfunction and leak at 9pm on a Friday night, leading to a flood in my kitchen. When I contacted TA Appliance the next morning about arranging a repair under the warranty, they immediately sprang into action. I have no idea how they did it, but they managed to get a speciality repair person out to my house at 3pm on the Monday (2 days later). Their customer service is out of this world and as a slightly hysterical pregnant person, their care and kindness meant the world to me. A special shout-out to Vince, Kaitlyn, and Sampath for making this repair happen so quickly and seriously saving our sanity in the first two weeks postpartum. I will never buy an appliance anywhere but TA Appliance again!
Would give less than 1 star if I could. I placed an order on February 15 for several items for an outdoor kitchen. I was shown the following about what I was ordered and arranged an early April delivery. ETAs for each product: C2SL36NG – IN STOCK C1DBNG – NO STOCK 3-4 WEEK LEAD TIME CCD2DC31– IN STOCK CSTC – IN STOCK CDPC31– NO STOCK 3-4 WEEK LEAD TIME CSA2014 – 1 IN STOCK C1BIR24L – IN STOCK I was told that my deposit would hold on to what is on stock and allow for the items not in stock to be purchased and made available to me. The first week of April I received a text indicating that delivery would take place on April 5. Unfortunately I could not be home that day so we ended up arranging an April 12 delivery. On the 11th I went to confirm the delivery time and was told that only 3 items that I had ordered were in stock and would be delivered. Apparently TA Appliances does not honour the idea that they deposit holds the inventory as you can see above there were more than 3 items in stock when I placed my order. I believe that TA gave away my order to somebody else and were left scrambling to fill mine, something that still has not happened today as of May 7. I would not recommend TA Appliances to anyone and will not be spending my money there in the future.
I asked a panini grill on the phone and was told it was in stock, it will be put aside under my name. Then went to the store after 3 hrs, waited 30mins, and none of the staff couldn’t find it. I’m not happy with my experience.
Have purchased many appliances over the years from when they were in North York to the Dundas St. store. From the no pressure sales to the professional delivery teams TA understands customer service. Just had a stove delivered into a very tight area. No issue for the delivery team. The GPS system informed me exactly where the delivery truck was. No guessing!
The delivery of our Broil King BBQ was very efficient. It was on time with detailed ongoing progress reports. Kevin and his partner delivered the new BBQ and removed the old one in record time. The staff of TA Appliances & Barbeques Superstore and Clearance Outlet are to be congratulated for their excellent service.
Bought in 2016 appliances worth 25000 cad from TA applinace mississauga Dundas location. Also bought warranty in January 2016 by paying extra 1600 dollars. There after sales service is the worst and warranty extra is financial scam.They are using a warranty company which employ fake technicians and they will be very philosophical in telling you to how to solve the non functioning of the critical equipment like thermodor induction cooktop by buying new dishes every one year to enhance the cooktop experience.They change their staff frequently so there is no accountability.Can not get hold of them by phone and need to visit personally. Update on 19 April 2019. I wrote to customer relation manager as mentioned in the reply to this review. Did they took any action even after lapse of couple of months. Zero Response. This is shameless organisation with no ethics or no accountability. This is the condition of service for an essential item like Cooktop.In the end they resolved and replaced the cooktop.
