Made the mistake of going to the big box stores. Luckily this place caught my eye driving by. Stopped in. Treated me like gold. I will come back here in the future for sure. Highly recommended.

Good prices , but several follow-up phone calls had gone unanswered . But within an hour of posting my initial review I had a phone call from the owner who happened to be on vacation in Scotland !!!! My new Bosch dishwasher was missing two clips that allowed the toe plate to be attached to my particular model and the owner of Maple offered to reimburse me for the Amazon replacement pieces without question . I was left being impressed by this company’s interest in customer satisfaction.

Really happy with my new stove. When I went to Maple without knowing the differences between stoves and Muhammad was very polite and helped me choose a stove that fit my needs.
The prices of Maple Appliance Direct are great. I purchased a refrigerator which was on special for the Floor Model, however Muhammad gave me the same price for the boxed refrigerator.
