Worst experience ever,they charged me $200 to diagnose 2 appliances. The technician just looked at them and said I needed 2 new panels and they would get back to me with quote. I have called them 3 times and all I get is " someone will call you" I will never deal with them again after 15 years. Customer service does not exist with this outfit
I am pleased with the quality of the service and the professional manner of the staff. I found the customer service excellen because she listened and was responsive in a timely manner. The appliance technician who worked on my appliance was focused, efficient, honest and at all times respectful of our space. Highly recommended!
They sold me Weber flavorizor bars for 165$ and when I got home to check the online price I was shocked the same item was being sold for 60$ Shocking how much markup they have on their parts. Really a ripoff and they surely will take advantage of those who trust them. I don’t mind supporting Local businesses but that was really too greedy. Come on.
We went to Crawford Appliance on Queensway in Mississauga to purchase a new dryer. Brad, who happens to be the owner of Crawford Appliances was extremely helpful with giving us information on the different brands of dryers. Excellent service from Jake and another gentleman whose name I did not get. It was only for the start knob on my old Frigidaire dryer. The part was promptly ordered and we can use the appliance again!
Don't call this company. Cost me $100.00 to have a service repair man come and look at my fridge. He said he would call me back and 4 weeks later I am still waiting. Oh yeah GREAT SERVICE.
