I personally found their staff to be uncommunicative and rude. It seemed like they don’t want clients asking even basic conceptual questions. The one company email address and phone number made it difficult to tell who would receive my messages. I am not going to comment on the accuracy of the information they provided, but I believe that anyone seeking tax help should look elsewhere.
Updated. Hmm. I have very mixed feeling about this company. This company is too dependent on the main cpa/owner?. If he is away, all form of communication seems to stop, despite the company having client coordinators. I mean if he is away, they could at least email me and say the person who can make deicison is away for personal matter and once he is back, they will contact me. They seem to have multiple cpas and client coordinators but they really lack communication skills. I mean different cpas can have different opinions and that is same in medical field and I respect that. However, it is important that business communicate. Maybe the company should hire some people who can make more independent decisions or know how to communicate instead of being radio silent till the head guy comes back. Once the main guy is back everything is prompt and efficient. Personally if they improve communications and the pr/marketing/communication department learn to communicate, they would be a great company. However at this point, that department really needs to take communication classes and importance of communication.
I was speaking to someone on the phone and they hung up on me because I was asking questions. I didn't feel supported on the call. He seemed like he was in a hurry to get off the phone with me. If this is any indication of what working with them would be like, then I better run away now. I feel very disrespected by their customer service. ??
I would not recomend this tax service to anyone not even my worst enemy. Terrible customer service, failed promises, no follow up you have to call them to find out whats going on. The prices are fair but you get what you pay for. If you want quality professional tax services avoid them.
