Can't wipe the smile off my face after getting blinds, sheers and curtains purchased and installed by dynamic sister/brother team of Camelina and Fabio. My wife and I were window covering newbies when we first met Carmelina at the shop. Camelina patiently walked us through all the different options and followed up with an in-house consultation were we received expert product/design advice that made all the difference in the world. To top it off, Fabio (Camelina's brother) provided friendly / expert installation services for the blinds and Camelina and another sheer/curtain installer (I forgot the gentleman's name - but another true professional) rounded out the world-class install that truly transformed our house from blah to wow!!! Have dealt with Texeuro for a few items. On my most recent purchase I ordered blinds of which 1 of the 4 that I ordered came in a different colour than the others. I didn't realize this till a couple months after as the colours are close but not the same. When I questioned this I was told they would reach out to the manufacturer but to this date I have mismatching blinds and no response from the owner. I don't like leaving negative reviews but ignoring customers is bad business. Blinds work great though.
