Incredible customer service!!! Recently one of my blinds was broken clutch which was installed 13 years ago by Chang’s Drapery. I didn’t believe they have kept the broken part since quite old model. When I called, the owner is saying he was also not sure whether they have the part but asked me to visit their store. I lived in Thornhill and my daughter was around there and she visited the store. The owner tried to find the part but failed. However he took out the part from the displayed blind in showroom. Without the part the blind is not hanged. So he would not display the blind. My daughter was so sorry for that but he said that’s their problem. That kind of mindset is really customer service and consider customer first mind. You will not regret your decision to buy the products from Change’s Drapery if you consider long term customer service.

Went into Changs Drapery today for some advice on existing sheers that I inherited when I purchased a condo. William greeted me at the door with his lovely smile and professional mannerism. I explained my concern about my existing sheers. Knowing that I was not there at that moment to make a purchase William still went out of his way to help me solve my concerns. He even called his mom over to make sure he had given me the right advice. This is a wonderful family run business for 40 years, Mom and Dad and 2 sons. Met all 4 of them today. Can definitely see why they have been in this business so long as they are such lovely people. Would not hesitate to use their service if required in the near future and will certainly be recommending them to family and friends.
We recently visited Changs to set up a home consult for my friends widow treatment. I had the pleasure of meeting William he showed us all the options for sheers Styles Fabric track features etc he was very professional and knew his stuff. Poor customer service ever !! Don't trust Chang who is the owner. He is the worst professional I have ever met. I would never recommend this company. There is are other companies with better prices and better service.
